Terms & Conditions: Complete opt-out instructions (HELP and STOP),

1. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS 

messages from Wagler Metal Sales. The SMS service by Wagler Metal Sales is 

strictly limited to customer support and service-related communications, transactional or 

informational messages, account-related notifications, compliance with applicable legal 

and carrier requirements, and the improvement of our services and communication 

processes. The SMS Service is not used for marketing purposes. 

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the SMS number. After 

you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm 

that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages 

from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start 

sending SMS messages to you again. 

3. If you are experiencing issues with the SMS service you can reply with the keyword 
HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by sending an email to website@waglermetal.com
 or calling 765-461-1918.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and 

to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. You will 

only receive messages related to activity on your account, such as updating you on the 

status of transactions, or requesting additional transaction related information. If you 

have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless 

provider.
